These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") govern all purchases made through the FunWee website at www.funwee.com. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in their entirety. FunWee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. In the event of an error, FunWee reserves the right to correct it and notify the customer before processing the order. An order is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a written confirmation email from FunWee.

All transactions are processed through a secure payment gateway. FunWee does not store your payment details. In the event of payment failure or suspected fraud, FunWee reserves the right to cancel the order.

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and delivered within 5 to 12 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary. For full details, please refer to our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery.

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. To initiate a return, contact us at support@funwee.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly sent. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 business days upon receipt and inspection of the returned item, to the original payment method.

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To request a cancellation, contact us immediately at support@funwee.com. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and the standard return policy will apply.

FunWee warrants that all products sold are free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery. To the fullest extent permitted by law, FunWee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

FunWee shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions.
